An initial meeting is established with you, during which an in-depth discussion of your business, its history, long and short term personal and business goals are focused upon.
On the basis of this meeting, a quantitative and qualitative review of your business is conducted. The areas covered are operations, administration overhead/burden ratios, cash flow, financial controls, productivity, material costs, sales and marketing. Traditionally the analysis takes approximately two to three days depending upon the size and scope of the analysis.
Confidentiality is the hallmark of our business, all information provided is held in the strictest confidence.
Upon the conclusion of the analysis, a findings meeting is conducted at a mutually convenient time. At this meeting the results of the analysis are presented with improvement possibilities and the benefits of implementing those improvements.
"I know I need to make changes, but I'm not sure exactly what to do... or I just don't have the time..."
Some companies have the requisite skills and experience necessary to implement the changes to bring about the identified improvements, some don't. Others have the necessary skills and experience, but lack the time to devote to put the changes into effect. In either case our team can provide you with the assistance of implementing the change process to become a successful and profitable company.
